Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We do not issue refunds due to carrier delays or delay due to customs.
We are not responsible for lost packages, when carrier states that your package was delivered.

We aim to get it right the first time, and thus checked each order several times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please email support@nailreformation.com your order # and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can make this right.

Nail Reformation does not conduct exchanges. If in the event a product is defective a complimentary replacement set or gift card for the value of the product will be issued. Please kindly follow the procedures in Defects.
